Aven is 1 month!! Can you believe it??

Well last week Aven turned 1 month old. I still need to do the photos. Hopefully I can do that before he turns 2 months. Here are his stats from the 1 month doctors visit and some highlighs of the month.

Height 22 inches 75th percentile
Weight 9 lbs 14 oz 75th percentile
Head 14 inches 40th percentile

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We had a easy Thanksgiving this year. I was not feeling well to cook so Lando bought chicken and pork. Yes chicken. It wasn't the traditional thanksgiving meal but it did taste good especially since I didn't have to cook it. We did have some guests as well. Lando's Mom, Sister Jessica and her family came over as well as our friend Gery. It was a good time. Here are some baby first Thanksgiving photos!

Putting up the Christmas Tree

We were late this year putting up the tree. Usually we end up doing that early to mid Nov but somehow or I should say someone changed the plans this year. So finally a few days before Thanksgiving we put our tree up. We are still missing a few things like the Angel and the tree skirt. I have to find the box that's in. Hopefully I can do that before Christmas.

Halloween

On Halloween Lando and Ariem went to Downtown Disney for the night where they had activities and a dance party. Ariem just enjoyed walking around in her costume all night long.  Here are some pictures of the costumes the kids and yes Lando falls in the category. Ariem was Draculaura from Monster High. Aven was a pumpkin and Lando was Deadpool.  Ashlyn sent us a picture of her costume and she was Super Ashlyn.

It's a Boy!!

Our new little man has arrived! Last week I went to my sonogram appointment and was sent directly to the hospital to be induced as Aven wasn't cooperating. This is one test I was glad to fail as I didn't think he was ever coming out. I went in at 5 oclock Tuesday night he was born around 3 oclock in the afternoon the next day. Here are his stats:

 Aven Lando was born October 24th at 3:10 pm weighing 8.4 lbs 20.4 inches long.

Fall Festival

A few weeks ago we took Ariem over to the Fall Festival that they have at work every year. There were bounce houses, carnival games, trick or treating and other actives at the park itself. Here are a few photos of Ariem enjoying the festival then pool time afterwords.

Baby Shower

Jessica and Pamela threw us a baby shower on Saturday. We had a lot of fun and got some great stuff for our little boy. Thanks everyone who came out and who has provided our little one with gifts. We love you all!

Happy 9th Birthday Ashlyn!

 

Tomorrow is Ashlyn's 9th Birthday and the kids decided to make her a music video. We hope she has a wonderful Birthday!!

A Day at the Park

Last weekend we took Ariem up to visit Ashlyn and we spent the day at the park. It was a great day. Since both girls love art we started off with a craft project of decorating flower pots. Then they played a little on the play ground to a huge water gun/ balloon fight. Then ending it with them making there own movie. It was such a beautiful day. Blizzard Beach

Last weekend we met up with our nephew Jaiden and his dad Al at Blizzard Beach. While I sat and hung out in the shade. Lando, Ariem, Al and Jaiden hung out most of the time in the wave pool. Here are some pictures of them at Blizzard Beach.
